Amulet Day 66/100

Two quilted energy circles. A mix of cotton and (Okinawa) silk, prints, and woven plaids, with a dash of brocade. I seem to gravitate toward this shape; it feels relaxing to me…but no idea why. The copper “omikuji” おみくじcharm is a replica of the real fortune-spitting canister found at Japanese temples for ¥100. You shake it upside down (while centering yourself) and a stick comes out with a number (see photo #2). Then you find the drawer with the matching number, open it, and take a copy of your printed fortune. If it’s not “good,” you tie it to a branch and leave it behind. This charm also has an additional good luck for safe driving.
