Curated by the museum’s director, Sabrina Grey Wilson, the exhibition showcased examples of Susan’s art, born out of 50 years study and travel to Japan: quilts, fiber collage, sashiko hand-embroidery, and rag weaving, and her 100 cloth amulets ~ ALL with a specific nod to “Japan Blue,” aka indigo. Susan was the premier fiber artist to be welcomed at the glorious open space of the Milton Art Bank. See a video walkthrough of the show and selected works here.
