TRANSPORTATION: Two (2) Narita Airport Limo bus coupons. Two (2) Haneda Airport Limo bus coupons. Private chartered motor coach to/from Mashiko, including sightseeing on second day. Four (4) days of private chartered motor coaches on Okinawa. Round-trip group airfare from Tokyo's Haneda airport to Naha, Okinawa.
HOTELS / ACCOMMODATIONS: Eight (8) nights at hotel in Tokyo, One (1) night at Japanese Onsen Hotel in Mashiko, and Four (4) nights at hotel(s) in Okinawa. Standard twin-bedded rooms with bath/shower on a basis of two per room. Single room use available at a supplemental cost as indicated. Rooms are equipped with toilet, bath/shower, TV, phone, hair dryer, teapot, robe and slippers. Names of hotels will be announced and hotel brochures will be distributed prior to departure. MEALS: Twelve (12) Full-American breakfast buffets at the hotels, One (1) Japanese style breakfast, Two (2) Japanese lunches w/group and Two (2) Japanese Dinners w/group. Tax & gratuities included.
SIGHTSEEING: All admissions to sites, temples, & museums as specified in itinerary.
AND: Storing your luggage at no additional cost at our MAIN hotel in Tokyo between excursions to both Mashiko and Okinawa.

Round-trip airfare from your home to Tokyo, Japan, and back. Any charges for passport or visas where required. Airport departure tax in Japan, if applicable. Charges for transfer of heavy luggage or excess luggage beyond normal restrictions on domestic flights to/from Okinawa. Room Service charges; Meals not included in the itinerary; Alcoholic Beverages; Insurance; Telephone Calls; Public Transportation costs or Shared Taxis where tour buses are not specified, and when individually required; Costs for optional tours/excursions during specified free time, or optional activities, and ALL other expenditures of personal nature including, but not limited to POTTERY & FABRIC!!
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. To make a reservation, send the completed Reservation Form along with a $300 deposit either in the form of a check or credit card directly to QUILTERS' EXPRESS TO JAPAN, P.O. Box 294, Lewisburg, PA 17837, Attention: Susan Ball Faeder. Checks should be made payable to JAPAN TRAVEL BUREAU, USA, Inc. To pay by credit card, photocopy the front and the back of your card and include a short letter with your completed reservation indicating your permission for JTB, USA, Inc. use of the card. Be specific as to the amount you are charging and the name and date of the tour, etc.

Written Confirmation of Acceptance will be mailed to you from Quilters' Express to Japan upon receipt. As soon as a group of ten has formed, all deposits will be sent from QETJ to JTB. Participants will receive an invoice from JTB showing both the deposit received and the balance due (which will also be payable to JAPAN TRAVEL BUREAU, USA, Inc.). The balance of the tour cost is due no later than August 23, 2010 (about 2 months prior to departure).

**SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT AIRFARE: JTB will be happy to make your flight reservations and arrangements for you to/from Japan on an individual basis from the airport of your choice (within the USA) if you are purchasing a ticket. We hope to be able to offer you the most competitive air rate available - but these may not be available until late July. NOTE: Please do NOT purchase any flight tickets or reserve flights via mileage points until the Tour Director gives the GO AHEAD, announcing that the tour is definite.
